PLEASE NOTE: the voucher is valid only on the date chosen to join the Tour (from 09.00 am to 07.55 pm in summer and from 09.00 am to 06.25 pm in winter). Tickets are valid for an unlimited number of circuits or stops during the day of the Tour. During Festivities and Sundays the Tour is subject to variations. The Tour could be modified in case of demonstrations or force majeure. The estimated time may be subjected to delays because of traffic.

CANCELLATION POLICY - GROUP GUIDED TOURS

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).
